Services provided by to NDIS participants and their caregivers include, but are not limited to:

  • Nutrition and mealtime assessment

  • Development and review of mealtime management plans

  • Development and review of meal plans

  • Development and review of enteral feeding plans

  • Prescription of enteral feeding consumables

  • Nutrition therapy including food and nutrition counselling to support behaviour change, advice about healthy meals or special diets building meal preparation skills, menu planning skills, shopping and budgeting skills, communication support in relation to food, nutrition and health.

Consultations with participants can be done face-to-face sessions, in clinic or at the participant’s home, or via Telehealth sessions (video or phone).

Fees are charged in accordance with the most current NDIS Price Guide.
