In her 20 years of practice, Karen has established herself as a nutrition expert and holistic counsellor, having supported hundreds of clients to make long-lasting dietary and lifestyle changes. She has a special interest the role of the gut microbiome in health and disease, beyond its obvious role in gut dysfunction. She uses a non-diet approach to weight management, respecting the Health at Every Size model. She is also a respected kidney health dietitian.
