Individualised nutrition counselling that respects your body, your history, and your health.

I provide one-to-one nutrition care for adolescents and adults.

People see me for many different reasons. Some have a clear diagnosis; others come feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or confused after years of conflicting advice. Many people have complex, overlapping health concerns, including those who:

  • Have a complicated relationship with food or their body

  • Have experienced long histories of dieting or weight cycling

  • Are managing chronic health conditions

  • Are navigating eating difficulties alongside medical treatment

You don’t need to fit neatly into a category to work with me.

Consultations

Appointments are now offered primarily via Telehealth (video or phone), allowing you to access support from home.

Limited in-person appointments may be available at times, depending on location and availability.

How I work

Sessions are individual, collaborative, and tailored to you. My nutrition care blends:

  • Nutrition science and education

  • Counselling and behaviour-change support

  • Trauma-informed, compassionate care

Rather than prescribing one-size-fits-all plans, we work together to understand what has been happening for you, what your body needs now, and how to support health in ways that are sustainable, respectful, and evidence-based.

Fees and payment

  • Initial consultation (55 minutes): $185

  • Follow-up consultation (30 minutes): $95

Payment is required at the time of your appointment.

Referrals and rebates

You do not need a referral to make an appointment.

If you have a Chronic Disease Management Plan or Eating Disorder Treatment Plan from your GP, you may be eligible for a Medicare rebate for a limited number of sessions each year.

Medicare rebates are currently around $60 per session.

If eligible, you can claim your rebate directly through Medicare after your appointment.

Private health fund rebates may also be available, depending on your level of cover.

NDIS services

I work with NDIS participants and their caregivers. Services may include:

  • Nutrition and mealtime assessments

  • Development and review of mealtime management plans

  • Meal planning support

  • Enteral feeding assessment and planning

  • Food-related skill development (shopping, budgeting, preparation, communication support)

Consultations may be delivered at home or via Telehealth. Fees are charged in accordance with the current NDIS Price Guide. Dietetic services fall under the Therapeutic Supports Registration Group, across Core and Capacity Building Supports.

Is this the right fit?

This service may be a good fit if you:

  • Are seeking thoughtful, evidence-based, compassionate care

  • Are tired of weight-centred health advice

  • Want to support your health without dieting

  • Have a complicated relationship with food or your body

It may not be the right fit if you:

  • Are seeking weight loss as a primary goal

  • Want prescriptive dieting aimed at changing body size

Next steps

If you’re unsure whether this approach is right for you, you’re welcome to get in touch or book an initial consultation.

You don’t need to fix your body to take care of your health. Support is available — without judgement, shame, or dieting.
