Health Concerns I work with…
Nutrition care, delivered through a weight-neutral lens
People come to see me for many different reasons. Some arrive with a clear diagnosis; others come feeling unsure, overwhelmed, or confused after years of conflicting advice.
In my practice, I support people across a range of health concerns using a weight-neutral, non-diet, and eating-disorder-informed approach. This means that while the health concern may differ, the way I work remains consistent: grounded in evidence, respectful of lived experience, and focused on nourishment, safety, and quality of life.
Some of the common health concerns I work with are:
All nutrition support is tailored to the person in front of me, rather than applied as a one-size-fits-all plan.
Many people experience more than one of these concerns at the same time (for example, gut symptoms alongside disordered eating, or diabetes alongside menopause). Where this is the case, care is always integrated rather than siloed.
You don’t need to have everything figured out before seeking support.
